This happened to me a while ago. Which is why they allow someone accused of spam the ability to challenge the accusation. Anyone who does not follow the instructions in the spam notice is blaming spamcop for their own lack of action. All of the "evidence" of the offending email is sent when a complaint is sent as is the ability to appeal to a "marshal". Bill
