If you set up windows networking on a pc that has netbui
installed and tcp/ip installed as protocols, it will
automatically  bind to both of them. You have to tell it NOT to.

We use this on our network by doing ipx only for NT file
sharing, we do not share over TCP/IP. But we have to watch it,
because Windows is constantly re-enabled sharing over TCP/ip
when we manange machine configurations.
