Terrorists + Weapons of Mass Destructiion = ?

This is why we must solve this global problem without any further delay, and
through full backing behind UN treaty to block proliferation of weapons of
mass destruction.

Actually I think this stuff is worse than terrorists getting a hold of a nuke
or two.
As bad as it is with a nuke going off from a boat in New York City harbor or
some other major city, this stuff can hit more cities once it gets into warer
supply & interstate commerce food supply.

Contrary to this story, there was a story a few days ago that Bin Laden
supporters in Albania & the Czech Republic had gotten their hands on vials of
Anthrax & Botulism.  I passed along that link when I saw it but now not
remember which that was.
