Just to follow up on this...
I reapplied the PTFs and the problem returned.
However, simply restarting the Integration Server for the IP Exchange network seems to have fixed the issue

If anyone is running TrustedLink EDI and using the IP Exchange for OpenText VAN communications...
I installed the PTFs listed in this bulletin (along with SJ06428 and SJ06909 which were on my system) on Wednesday. Immediately after installing, we could no longer send/receive documents with our VAN connection (AS2 and others were fine).
I had to un-apply the PTFs and restart the IP Exchange "Integration Sever".
I have not yet identified the specific PTF. It is possible that simply restarting the Integration Server would have solved he issue.
