According to the web CDT is -5 and CST is -6.
Could be because of daylight savings time, but CDT would be -5.

Now, I am in MN and the offset I believe should be -06:00 for DST right now. I tried changing things and the offset stays at -05:00.
Is there some other setting I'm missing?
