I'm in CST.

I asked Google what my offset should be in MN. It said -5

This site says -6:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_time_offsets_by_U.S._state_and_territory
.

Outlook Calendar says -6 (I didn't see a DST setting).

So messed up.

According to the web CDT is -5 and CST is -6.

Could be because of daylight savings time, but CDT would be -5.

subject: QTIMZON Question

I am working on a cloud system. The QTIMZON is set to :

System value . . . . . : QTIMZON
Description . . . . . : Time zone
Time zone . . . . . . : QN0600CST Name
Associated settings:
Offset . . . . . : -05:00
Full name . . . : Central Daylight Time
Abbreviated name : CDT

System value . . . . . : QUTCOFFSET
Description . . . . . : Coordinated universal time offset

Offset . . . . . . . . : -05:00 -24:00 to +24:00

Now, I am in MN and the offset I believe should be -06:00 for DST right
now. I tried changing things and the offset stays at -05:00.

Is there some other setting I'm missing?
