Opened case with IBM. Got the following reply:


Hello,
Due to an unplanned outage some elements of the IBM Support Site may not be
functional. Users can create cases and can view and update cases by
searching for the case number in the search bar. Users can also update
cases by replying to case update emails. Users may see errors when trying
to access the View My Cases page or interacting with our Virtual Assistant
to view cases. Users may also experience problems when trying to access
some technical documentation
