That looks like a listing of phone numbers you can call instead of using
the website to open/update cases.
On the pro side:
It is a work around to dealing with the website issue to get to your cases.
It is an acknowledgement that there is an issue with their case website.
On the con site:
Doesn't necessarily mean they know of all the other issues. As those
websites respond right away. Even if it is with just an 'Oops'.
