Yep. And right now there's a "bug" in the sales tax calculations. I spent
2 hours on the phone with "support" (not local) and we recreated the issue
and they attached my email to the case. A day later I got an email saying
"we can't recreate the issue".

I literally did it on the phone with the support rep. oh ladaka

I do wish there was an alternative. I checked em all out and they're
actually worse. But, I did write some plugins to their APIs to merge my
system and theirs. It works ok in that regard.
