Re: Can a customer download an attachment from one of their IBM cases?

I started just replying to the IBM email and attaching files there. Way
too often IBM would ask me questions about attachments they already have.
It was much easier for me to just check my Sent folder than to try to
explain to them they already have the file.

Ofc, that only works for things small enough for email.

Yeah, he got it and now I've got it.
But there has also been rare occasions when I've deleted something I
uploaded and wanted to reread it.
