We perform a full backup once a month and incremental daily. The error message , for the 1 library out of 4, came from us performing a restore from the full backup and aga

Now you’re taking it to extremes. Very rarely do we see situations like that where the tape is not rotated. Based on the fact BRMS is asking for a different tape indicates they do rotate tapes.
