Let's put this another way. Instead of using RSTLIB you should be using
BRMS to restore that library. For example, in our location we do parallel
saves. Meaning during one backup the save could be streaming out to four
different tapes in four different tape drives within one media library.
Also BRMS may be saying why are you asking for that tape while I have a
more current one? So telling BRMS which save you want may be important.
RSTLIBBRM SAVLIB(MYLIB) DEV(*MEDCLS) SAVLVL(*CURRENT)
You may with to try picking an object within that library and comparing it
to
WRKOBJBRM OBJ(ROB/AAA) OBJTYPE(*PGM)
to see what saves are available and pick one.
There is no WRKLIBBRM command.

Why would you be using BRMS when you only have a single tape for your
entire media library, shelf, offsite locations, etc?

Sorry I neglected to mention that there is only 1 tape.

Is there more to this than just suggesting you load in the tape it's
asking for?

Our daily backups are done using BRMS. We had to restore some libraries.you.
We were able to successfully restore 4 out of the 5 libraries using
the rstlib command. We received the below error message while restore
one of the larger libraries. Any suggestions is much appreciated. Thank
