A user at a client site has all of a sudden problems to get a login screen.
On the screen dump it says "PC5250" which I assume means that they are
still
using the old Client Access through a "lnk" file on the desktop.
The error code stated is CWBLM0031 "Failure, a data conversion error was
returned by the host server. Rc1=2 rc2=21"
Any Ideas on how to approach this? What is wrong.
One background info: They had a power outage to possibly some local file on
the pc may have gotten corrupted.
