The default on a record length for CRTSRCPF is still 92. It can range up
to 32766. It can be as low as 13 bytes. 13 is useless but supported.
The first 12 bytes are for the source sequence and date fields.

112 for a CLP is still functional in SEU and CRTCLPGM. The following was
in SEU and does compile.

The only QCLLESRC files we have are in user libraries and not system
libraries.
If IBM removed QGPL/QCLSRC and replaced it with QGPL/QCLLESRC I suspect
