The "standard" is de facto and is a recommendation, not a mandate. The
112-byte length is also a new approach to make room for longer lines with
sub-procedures named way beyond the 14-byte length in the name field in the
"D" specs in RPGLE programs, and also for the new free format.

The "CLLE" is to remind that these are sources for ILE CL programs and
modules. Many shops still use QCLSRC even for ILE CL sources.

The only QCLLESRC files we have are in user libraries and not system
libraries.
If IBM removed QGPL/QCLSRC and replaced it with QGPL/QCLLESRC I suspect
there'd be much wailing and gnashing of teeth.
