I seem to remember when creating a case that you can specify how to get the
notifications. Like, case updates or a phone call.
Normally I prefer the case updates.
I have a call home ticket (hardware). I see no way to change it from case
updates to phone call.
The data center in question is over two hours north of my home. My office
is 40 minutes south of my home. I really don't want to drive in tomorrow
if service is going to show up at the north data center. (Larry knows
where). So if I drive in to the office tomorrow and the first email I
notice is "I'm on my way to the data center, I'm 10 minutes out" I'm not
going to be happy.
