Object lock or index rebuilds?

I'm experiencing something I've not seen before - huge, elapsed times for simple object restores. As in, what usually took about 3 minutes to restore one small physical file object from the first sequence number on tape (LTO 6), the job now takes in excess of three hours! No errors in the job log or in QHST.

Just wanted to see if anyone has experienced this before I put in a service call.
