Start a new session with a clean joblog.
Run CHKPRDOPT PRDID(5770SS1) OPTION(33)
DSPJOBLOG OUTPUT(*PRINT)
GO QMGTOOLS/MG

Use iACS to download the joblog spool file (as text, not PDF)
Open up a case with IBM appending the .zip file from mgtools and the joblog
If you have BRMS you can always try
WRKLNKBRM DIR('/QOpenSys/usr/lib')

And you can find the media containing it.
