Thanks all....

So, I was able to get to the location where the system is. Looking at the SRC on the panel this morning I see B181 7212.  I don't see many recent hits on that SRC. Do you see a downside to attempting an IPL?   I haven't tried because I am worried I'll find out that I *shouldn't* IPL.

Jim, your recommendation to contact software support is a good one.  I'll create a ticket this morning.  Open to any other recommendations while I wait on IBM.

Also, sometimes the autorefresh doesn't work when talking between the HMC
and the Power system. Click on the URL and press enter to manually refresh.

I have seen some of these "No Connections". I think I just had to wait a
lot longer than I thought I should have to. Been awhile though.

"She's dead Jim" is all the comes to mind....

Finally got around to updating the HMC (went well) and then decided to
bite the bullet and upgrade the firmware on my Power 9. All seemed to
be going well until I got to the activating stage where the FSP was
supposed to reboot. It never came back....

Upgraded the firmware from VL910 to VL950. System is a 9009-41A, IBM i
at 7.4 (latest TR and PTF IIRC). The error I see on the system panel in
the HMC is "Firmware not ready" - No connection 0406-0001-000000. All
things point to the FW upgrade failing somehow. The system is remote so
I will need to get in front of it to see what SRC's are displaying. Not
sure how to recover from a firmware upgrade failure at this point. No
