Well, it occurs to me that the Champion's on this list have a little more opportunity for getting IBM's attention than lowly folks like me and the others, so why not make some noise? I've done what I can.

There's CAAC members on this list as well. Do you hear the problem? Make some noise!

Putting a complaint in the web site black hole is as worthless as it comes.

CONSTANTLY. Nearly every time I go back into a case there are big red boxes with information missing.

I don't have time to try to convince IBM to fix it so I just re-enter. *SIGH*
