I don't know much about admin stuff, but I *think* the PTF levels mentioned
here are not the same thing as TRs, and if that is the case, then it's yet
another thing to look at to really get an accurate picture of what's
available on a given system:

You can use WRKPTFGRP to find out the level on your system.
