Since the OP is upgrading to IBM i 7.5 I'm going under the assumption that they are current with support and I suggest opening a case with IBM. Then they can point them to that same link and ask that very question. If the answer is no IBM might have a more friendlier interface to use.
It's a good idea to get comfortable with IBM support.
I suggest using the web instead of opening a case via the phone. The phone isn't any faster and they'll only record one out of five things you tell them.
