Basically it's something like
CREATE NEWTABLE AS (
SELECT
Column1,
Column2,
Column3
FROM FREFTable)
With no data;
Your choices include:
Add the library to the library list.
SET CURRENT SCHEMA and hope the fref and new table belong in the same
schema.
