I am getting nowhere with IBM on this PRPQ.  Any chance you have a couple of pointers on how to get this done?  The HWMA folks recommended I contact PPA after I turned down their $9300 offer. The PPA folks basically said "We don't know what you are asking for.  We help with software downloads but here is an article on how to download the firmware".

Before heading deeper into the IBM support vortex, maybe you can point me to where you started....
