That sounds like exactly what I'm looking for. I'll give it a shot.

Thanks

subject: Re: Batch SFTP fingerprint

Le 12/07/2022 ? 16:51, Justin Taylor a ?crit?:
I have a batch process that's trying to do SFTP. It's getting an "RSA
key
fingerprint" message in batch, wanting to confirm the fingerprint. This
is
a batch user, so doing interactive SFTP is impractical. I can do
interactive SFTP as my user.
Therefore, you should have a record for the server in the
.ssh/known_hosts file of the home directory of your user profile. You
can identify the record with the sftp server's IP or name.

Is there an easy way to confirm the key? Is there some way to copy from
my
user?

You can try to copy the record related to the sftp server from your
known_hosts file to the one of the batch user. Of course, copy only the
record not the entire file, and add it to or replace the existing one in
the batch user .ssh/known_hosts file.

I did it a couple of times with success.
