What, you don't use EDTF for CL? It's on every system, along with
CRTCLPGM, and doesn't require 5770WDS.
33% of our LPARs have 5770WDS. My goal is to cut that to 20%. 13% of the
systems only have it because a software package we no longer have used to
generate RPG on the fly for reporting and needed the compiler.

With the exception of a quick/dirty CLP, SEU (including all the other
editing tooling) is all but dead.
PDM on the other hand is quite useful. The Admin version Steve pointed out
earlier is all that's needed there anyway.
