Are the new CA's in the trust lit for the FTP Client?
Remember if specific CA's are listed in the trust list for an application,
then only those CA's are trusted. If the list is empty, then it trusts all
available CA's.

Started for us this morning. Error 23 "Certificate not signed by trusted
cert authority'
This setup has worked fine since sftp was mandated until today. I did
re-download the certs from IBM and yes ONE of them was a tick newer but
loading and trusting it has not corrected the issue.
Also have case open with IBM.
