This is why you need that "good network tech" because the answer is a
"TCP/IP 101" question. There's nothing to figure out.
*You can't route into a non-routable subnet.* 192.168.x.x is *not a
routable address*. It's only used for net address translation or purely
local subnets.
It can reach out through NAT and connect to the cloud because the cloud
sees it as the public address your NAT setup is presenting and the NAT
software routes the response back by bridging between the public and
private subnet.
If you want the cloud to connect inward you'll have to *reverse proxy* it
through your firewall.
