You need some expert networking help.

The "best" answer depends on various factors:

- your local network topology
- your firewalling
- your vpn to the provider
- the provider's layout

There's no answer without analysis of the whole setup.

Offhand, the simplest though not necessarily trouble-free answer might be a
persistent ssh tunnel to a jump box in the provider's cloud.
Or any one of several other schemes.
