The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Our BP is starting to break through to the boss that SAN's aren't the cost hog they used to be.
We're looking at a small Power system to replace the P8-41A. Boss is still looking at internal for that. I did bring up the fact that it would be in the same rack as our largest system and a SAN would be nice when we replace that.
It's kind of a chicken and egg thing. (which I used literally when talking to him). If we were looking at the largest system now SAN might have a better chance and then the small system would use the same SAN. But since we're looking at the smaller system first we're going to probably go internal.
Oh, and our network equipment is approaching EOL and this would be a good time to upgrade that to support faster FC speeds.
