After securing permission, I added two ciphers to the end of QSSLCSL. It
took about four tries to get matches, but
*ECDHE_RSA_AES_128_GCM_SHA256
*ECDHE_RSA_AES_256_GCM_SHA384
got them into our web service.
Still no idea why they would have configured it to only use
*RSA_AES_128_CBC_SHA
*RSA_AES_256_CBC_SHA
*RSA_3DES_EDE_CBC_SHA
but my best guess is they thought they would be *in addition to* the
default list for their OS level, rather than *instead of.*
