1 - Every time we put a cert on a site we add a document in our workflow database with an expiration date. We get notifications as the expiration date approaches.
2 - We had to turn on the feature in GoAnywhere to stop them dead if our cert expires and they try to bypass the expired certificate. Not using this was causing us to fail an audit. This feature is called

I'm sure this is a common feature on websites. Based on audit reports pitching a fit I'm sure you're going to be seeing more people turning it on.

And I just set up our first 2FA external user in GoAnywhere within the last half hour. (Other than my boss' home account to test.)
Very easy and the feature is part of the current base version.
