I do it by figuring out which controller has that set if drives, so C14 is one set, C15 is the other set. (Assuming an 41A or 42A in the CEC, yours might not be the same)

In the correct VIOS, you’ll need to stop mirroring, remove the drive from the pair, replace the drive, add the drive back into the group, then re-mirror the pair.

There are docs out there that describe the process, but I’m not near my desktop to give you the doc numbers.
