Hello:
Hello
I had an image embedded within the email.  It does not look like it came across.   So here we go a text snippet reflecting the error 2
We've tried a bunch of the suggestions to no avail including in this example noop.   However, I wonder if someone can share insight onNote "Unable to setup for an active data connection to the server reason code 2.
Does anyone know what reason code 2 is?

Let me reformat your log:

look at next rcd~     Enter an FTP subcommand.
look at next rcd~     > lcd /Bravo
look at next rcd~     Local working directory is /Bravo
look at next rcd~     Enter an FTP subcommand
look at next rcd~     > cd /DataImport/PURCH_DlvTerm
look at next rcd~     250 Directory changed to "/DataImport/PURCH_DlvTerm/"
look at next rcd~     Enter an FTP subcommand
look at next rcd~     >noop
look at next rcd~     200 Command OK.
look at next rcd~     Enter an FTP subcommand
look at next rcd~     put 031_AS400_DeliveryTerm.csv
now check for response
look at next rcd~      No response received from FTP server
look at next rcd~      No response from remote host; all connections closed.
look at next rcd~      Unable to set up for an active data connection to the server, reason code 2.
look at next rcd~      Enter an FTP subcommand
look at next rcd~      /cd ..
look at next rcd~     You must first open a connection.
look at next rcd~     Enter an FTP subcommand

My uderstanding is that the ftp client is trying to use active ftp mode. Did you try to use passive mode with SENDPASV subcommand before any transfer (including a list) subcommand?
This looks indeed to be a firewall issue.
