The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Your pattern seems more likely you want to use SYSTOOLS.HTTPPOSTCLOB(). I use that for testing on a project and its function definition is url, header, msg.
Here is a sample of the one I was using for a project.
Select JT.* from  table(
values SYSTOOLS.HTTPPOSTCLOB('
https://xxx.vendor.com/api/ExportRequest'
,CAST('<httpHeader><header name="Content-Type" value="application/json" /></httpHeader>' as CLOB)
,CAST('
{
    "proptery": "value",
    "Parameters": [
        {"Code": "SiteID","Value": "1109"},
        {"Code": "StartDate","Value": "2020-09-10"},
        {"Code": "EndDate","Value": "2020-09-15"}
    ],
    "vendorcustomerguid": "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
}' AS CLOB))) MI(JSONDOC),
  JSON_TABLE(...);
