I'm trying to determine how to handle start up in an old 7.1 system, Power
7, that is only being used to gather historical data (a long term project).
This has not not been a live current system for 6 years, but is accessed
occasionally to get historical data going back a couple decades.
The old iNavigator has been mentioned as "do not use". That's easy.
But trying to determine what else to stop or keep from executing is harder,
plus someone dropped maintenance agreements so cannot access ptfs...
Right now http servers off, and 5250 Client Access is only outside the box
connection. There are two partitions that talk to each other. There are no
connections outside the corporate firewall.
Anyone else in a similar boat that has a basic list?
