Whether to put on the long list of other fixes I usually ignore for IBMi.
If you are running VIOS or AIX that's another matter entirely. There are some unique steps to get such patches on for those OS's. I can give you some samples for VIOS. However I tend to ignore them except when updating VIOS itself.
