Right click the schema in RSS and select generate sql? But that will miss
some DDS specific things if you use them. Edit words, etc.
CPYLIB with duplicate data *NO. Then save the new lib into a savf and
restore to wherever you want.

We want to create a "golden" save file for testing purposes, and restore
it to any library name we choose and hydrate what we need on an as needed
basis.

In SQL Server, we would just right click the database, click Generate SQL
and pick the without data option and it would create an entire script to
create the whole database verbatim but without any of the data populated.
