Db2 can do the same...

ACS Schema component, right-click on the library(schema) and select
"Generate SQL"

Cavet is going to be that you're generating an SQL script, if all the
objects in your library are SQL based, then you're golden.

But if you've got non-SQL objects, you're going to miss those.

In SQL Server, we would just right click the database, click Generate SQL
and pick the without data option and it would create an entire script to
create the whole database verbatim but without any of the data populated.
