Does anyone know of an easy way to clone an entire library, but leave all the tables empty?

We want to create a "golden" save file for testing purposes, and restore it to any library name we choose and hydrate what we need on an as needed basis.

In SQL Server, we would just right click the database, click Generate SQL and pick the without data option and it would create an entire script to create the whole database verbatim but without any of the data populated.
