Switching from in house to Office 365 requires quite a bit of setup unless
your old in house server becomes a proxy/relay to Office 365. Most in
house servers don't require authentication or SSL/TLS. Office 365 requires
both.

My explanation earlier still stands where setup isn't correct.

addresses?
It works to my business address but not to my personal email account.
