If you are using BRMS to do your saves, and you want to omit the message CPD37C3 in DSPLOGBRM, then follow the steps outlined at:

This sure beats adding a bunch of directories to QLNKOMT.

If you are not using BRMS then you may want to consider adding these directories to the SAV command like:
SAV DEV('/qsys.lib/tap01.devd')
OBJ(('/')
('/QSYS.LIB' *OMIT)
('/QDLS' *OMIT)
('/QIBM/ProdData/OS/SQLLIB/bin' *OMIT)
)
