I created a user with no special authorities.

From the default MAIN menu

1. User tasks
9. Change your user profile
F10=Additional parameters

You can change lots of things, like set your initial program to QCMD.

Yet another reason why to set a very limited menu for the general user. Actually I prefer the option *SIGNOFF for their initial menu. This way when they exit their initial program it kicks them off.
