I dimly remember this to happen with a lot of wild scrolling (presumably with keyboard autorepeat). I can't reproduce the lockup on my Mac with a session to 7.2. That might also be because I don't have enough records in any load-all subfile. (I tend to use load-paged with pos-to if I can foresee that there will be more than half dozen screens to be paged.)
