RE: ACS Locking Up

If there is a problem with ACS there might not be a job log entry, at least one that helps.

All ACS configurations have a Dumps and a Logs folder in the user ACS product folder set. These folders can be set and opened by bringing up Preferences under the Edit menu and then selecting the Local Settings tab. I personally have never found anything of use to me in these files but if you open a PMR you might need to send them to IBM. You also might need to clean up the folders as I get dump files built when I did not witness an error.

I would definitely check the joblog for device errors. That might give a clue.
