The file is QGPL/FILENAME. Before the get, I issue "cd QGPL".

Have not been following this discussion, so excuse the basic questions

- What is the full path to the file you're trying to transfer?
- What is the command line you are issuing to WinSCP?

PS the gurus use CygWin scp.
