Does anyone know if there is an API that will return the escape messages that can be thrown by a command?

Thanks for the feedback everyone.

I totally brain cramped on the fact that the messages are not defined at the command level (although that would be pretty cool).

I'm going to do some more analysis on the command help text to see if there is a clearly defined pattern to the panel id's used and, if so, see if I can write a program to extract the escape messages identified in the help text to build my content.

What I'm trying to do is build a database of sorts that allows you to look up messages thrown by a command and commands that throw specific messages.
