Already know that, I'm using it with post-v4 machines.

RDi is licensed but not horribly priced, and well worth it if you do any real development.

I'm not sure: I'm very comfortable with my vim and ftp workflow. The only thing I'm missing is the broken syntax highlighting. Just a question of activating enough brain cells for half a day to get it done properly.

There’s an older version called WSCDI that is part of the license for the compiler if you can find a copy, although it’s a windows only program.
