We are two years into a overpowered P9 for us, so we are likely to ride it until it's unsupported, so I'll never see a P10 I'm sure.

I know this doesn't sound like me but I was trying to live by "if you can't say anything nice then don't say anything at all" and giving the vendor the benefit of the doubt that their software is not something you drop in that day and run so getting everything ready months in advance is not a bad idea.
