Curious who the vendor is. There is currently no migration to "POWER10 and beyond" available.

I received some spam today from a vendor with a title of "Evaluating the Costs for Migrating to POWER10 and Beyond?" and I started wondering: Has there been any recent announcements regarding Power 10? COMMON's Navigate just finished up yesterday and I've not heard any earth shattering news.
COMMON's marquee event will be October 4-7 LUG has their virtual event June 7-10 and in-person (so far) September 20-23.
Or should I just go under the impression that it's just to get you prepared?
